"Beautiful old hotel, our room was clean and great. Walked to Chef's Kitchen, walked to the National. "

"The service was amazing, and the hotel is so charming! I stayed in one of the garden rooms and loved walking through the courtyard to get there. I was greeted by the Inn's cat, Annabelle, who kindly escorted me to my room. My only suggestion for improvement is a station to refill reusable waterbottles. I'll certainly be staying here again the next time I'm in Richmond!"

"We stayed here several years ago and decided to stay again. Glad we did. Loved the location and the staff were very friendly. Its a nice, affordable, cozy option and our new go-to hotel when visiting family in Richmond. "

"The staff at reception was great, as was the food and wait staff. The housekeeping staff was blasting their music while cleaning rooms and two house keeping staff got into an argument and when another guest and I popped our heads out they told us to mind our own business an go back to our rooms. The other guest asked them to keep it down (she was on a work call) and they turned the music up. Disappointing as all the other staff was fantastic."

"Decent rooms, especially the ones with the king bed in them...no elevator access though...the property could be a little bit more well kept, but its very decent for the reason I got a room for. Just my opinion."
