"Every thing was top level, clean and quiet room, superb bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. "

"Pool was beautiful, easy walking to old town Annecy. Rooms were amazing. Since most European showers don’t have full doors, I found this little perk so amazing to close a shower fully! Cafe downstairs was great. Pool service would be nice (quiet and no service) and it would be cool if they had a shuttle to their sister property, Imperial. Also, you need to make reservations at the main restaurant FYI. Overall, great place to stay!!!"

"I only stayed for a night but i did see a lot in a day in Lyon. Room is in a small side but i didnt mind. Walking distance to the train station. The staff was very helpful when i asked about restaurants (authentic food). Close to old town and easily walkable. "

"Car park instructions not clear but staff were super helpful A lot of building work in the vicinity but the welcome and helpfulness to us and our dog Gus were excellent. Thank you Would highly recommend "
