Major concern was the front desk staff was not friendly, acted like we were bothering them when we checked in, did not smile and were all around not what you would expect at a front desk. This included 2-3 different people over the course of our 5 day stay. The housekeepers and breakfast staff were very friendly."

The breakfast area is in the resturant with bar, the setting very nice, you can see the falling leaves from the resturant in Autumn. However, for a vintage building, the team there has made their rooms as clean & polished as possible & staff was very helpful upon check in.
