"We come to Greensboro often for swim meets at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. We have had some BAD experiences at other local hotels, poor customer service, unprofessional employees, etc. Our stay at the Holiday Inn this weekend was WONDERFUL. Some of the best, polite, friendly, hotel employees I've seen in a long time. The front desk clerks were great. Hotel seemed like it had been renovated since we were last there. The in room refrigerator was HUGE and even had a "working" freezer section that kept my cooler ice packs solid over the course of 48 hours. Very positive experience. The Holiday Inn Coliseum remains our "go to" when in the area. "
