"The Grand Central Hotel is not open for business but they do take your money (Non-refundable) and Expedia still offers their services but cannot get you a refund. Not kidding. Do not book a room. The doors are literally chained shut. They have been cloed since March 2020. Also I didn't realize when booking for myself and my family that it is right in the middle of the redlight district...oops."

"This is the third time I have stayed here and I love the hotel. The only downside is the disrepair of the streets around the immediate location which they have no control over. Staff is always very friendly and professional. Have yet to have a bad experience with anyone working in the building. "
