"Went to Chicago for a getaway with my husband over New Year’s. Palmer house is stunning, beautiful, and a beautiful example of art nouveau style. Despite being a historic hotel, the room was spacious, with all the amenities. The only thing I was disappointed in at Palmer house was the spa. In a hotel, where everything is elegant and opulent, the spa at Palmer house is small, cramped, and as plain as dry toast. The massage I got was great, but the setting Definitely left something to be desired."
