The accommodation standards are very good and the staff helpful. There is a restaurant serving breakfast and evening meals. The breakfast selection is very good, the evening meals are OK. "We appreciated that the hotel arranged for our transfer from BLQ for a reasonable fee the the transfer to the cruise port was free. The front desk as very helpful in pointing out options for touring and dining. The included breakfast buffet was very convenient before starting a day of touring the city. Owner Tommaso was especially friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay in."
