"Just a great and relaxing experience. Looks of places to relax and read peacefully. Good food and ambience everywhere. The only thing that I didn’t like was the green LED on the exit light above my door was bright and disturbed my rest as i like a dark room to sleep in.. when everything else is so good, something like this tends to stand out unfortunately. "Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was in decent condition. Some small toothpaste or soap stains on the bathroom floor and the radiator was a little weak. But had a good stay nonetheless. The location is nice and quiet. Not too far to drive to the city centre"

"Great stay, close to train station to get to Edinburgh. The breakfast was prefect, order what you want from the menu and it’s all fresh and the service was amazing, can’t recommend this hotel enough, will defo be back, if I would change anything it would be the bed was 2 singles put together so could feel the gap so was just like sleeping in single bed even tho we are married and I would prefer a single bed for my daugther not just a pull out bed. But other then that was a fab stay "

"The property, service and cleanliness were excellent even though they were under staffed it did not affect the service. It was surrounded by commercial businesses which would have put us off booking had we known however, it did spoil our stay it just didn't make for scenic breakfasts. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff were."

"The hotel was a lovely place to stay. There were some issues with cleanliness in our room, hair in the bathroom, old food packaging under the bed. All issues that are easily resolved. We would stay at the hotel again. The staff were lovely and would do anything to assist you. There is a train station not far that takes you straight into the City centre and takes around 7 minutes. "
