"When you get to your room do an inspection, head to the main lobby and give them a list of items to clean /fix. "Poolbereich vor dem Hoteleingang zugehörig zu einem anderen Block. Hauptpoolbereich ärmlich, bezugslos zum Hotelumfeld. Keine Begrünung nur Rasenflächen. Nett gestalteter Bereich der Bar "Rooftop" als auch Innenhof. Essen entsprach in keinster Weise einem 5 Sternehotel - mittelmäßig - satt wird man. Speiseraum gleicht einer Kantine - laut. Zugang zum Strand abenteuerlich und baden nur über den Steg. Leider ist die alteingessene Tauchbasis mit dem herzlich Charakter nicht mehr vorhanden. "

"The hotel is so good. all the staff was so friendly and helpful especially Mr Abu El Khair at the reception, And the view of the room was pool view.. so pretty and the room was new and clean. The beach also so good and sandy and has very amazing coral reefs and the snorkeling experience is so great there.. And everyday there was an amazing pizza on the beach made by Chef Gaber really really amazing Napolitano pizza maker.. and the program of the activities is so amazing every moment you have something to do and the animation team is so active and the evening program is so pretty too every day something different. We like it and it's our first time and we're coming back sooon for sure. "

"One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing - from the restaurant, the housekeeping to the beach! Special shout out to Amr and Diaa from the beach /beach bar team for going above and beyond to look after us. It is possible to do some snorkeling directly from the beach. The water is crystal clear. The buffet doesn’t leave anything to be desired! If you consider staying in Soma Bay dont bother looking at other hotels- this is by far the best option! True value for money! You get free water in the rooms and on the beach. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire Team at Kempinski Soma Bay!"

"Prior to arrival, my experience was only ok as I had trouble reaching them; however upon arrival, every staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great events and activities organized throughout the week to keep everyone entertained. Also good selection of food and wine. Location was also superb. They’ve got their own private beach that’s got the beautiful water and coral reefs and if you want to dive is also walkable. "

"Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made my stay extra special. For an all inclusive, the dining options are really good. There’s a lot to do at the resort so you don’t feel like you have to leave. You definitely get your moneys worth. I would stay here again and have recommenced it to so many family and friends :)"
