"Such a lovely, unique experience staying in a private ‘igloo’. Everything about the igloo has been well thought through. There are 3 heaters and electric mattress warmers to ensure warmth in the cold months. They were very effective. If the Northern Lights had been visible during our stay, we would have had the perfect view. "Beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning location! The service provided by the team was above and beyond. So grateful for the “wake up call” service when the Northern Lights were present as this was a bucket list experience for me. Excellent area to stay for exploring the waterfalls, exploring Vik and going on a glacier excursion. I highly recommend and thank you to Umi for a dreamy stay! "

"The staff at Hotel Ranga are extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. I visited on a family trip and the hotel staff were responsive and helped to book all our excursions through the hotel in Iceland. We also had last minute changes to our excursions and the staff helped my family make changes to our itinerary very last minute."

"We enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse! Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant the night of our arrival and highly recommend it, breakfast was great too! Lastly, we were able to see the northern lights on property and enjoyed not needing to travel to see them."
