It took over an hour for her to respond and all she could tell me was that she couldn't get ahold of her handyman. After 2 hours of waiting with no update from the handyman, we left. I asked for a refund but was refused and I was accused of causing the power outage because I must have plugged in a North American device. This...

"We had a beautiful stay at Sheriff Lodge. The room was spacious and comfortable and the entire lodge is well decorated with attention to detail including the music in the Drawing Room, information about the local area and amenities in guest rooms. Ziz was generous, helpful and knowledgeable and makes the most amazing breakfasts, as well as lovely coffee. The homely vibe makes the B&B unique and characterful. We would love to stay again"
