Full points to the lovely lady running the restuarant and staff who with a few exceptions tried very hard and were very friendly. This hotel is not at all good value for money. We fly in and out of Quito several times per year and regularly stay in hotels around Quito airport all of which are cheaper (according to my consulting several different dates in 2025 and my receipts for Quito airport accommodation in 2024) and all of which overall and on specific items (eg breakfast value and attention to detail on meals) do a better job, which is to say there are several excellent hotels around the Quito airport you can choose from. No explanations nor information (eg hotel compendium) were available to consult, no explanations given at check in, and one had to ask about every item (eg where to find the room service menu but then there was confusion about which QR code staff would send up to the room for us to scan). Different times/staff different information, eg the shuttle departs half hourly - except when you are ready to go to the airport its not going for another hour. Not to say its a bad hotel, but there are other, excellent hotels that are better value choices nearby.

Over and above expectations, we were simply looking for a convenient, affordable location close to the airport. We had planned a slow relaxing day and that’s exactly what we got. The best breakfast, pool and hot tub were perfect, lunch at lobby restaurant was great, massage at the spa was easy and great, sushi at hotel bar was top notch. Beds, and pillows were perfect. And the service from staff was the absolute best. Special thanks to Santiago and the sushi, chef. We will be back!

Hotel was clean, room was spacious and free breakfast had a lot of variety (yogurt, cereal, bread, hot dishes, fruits, etc). Were the hotel fell short was his shuttle as it was not available after midnight while other hotels had shuttle from the airport. A 12:15-30am shuttle would have been great as a lot of international flights landed around 11:30pm.

This is a wonderful hotel near the airport. All went well up except for transfer to the airport. I was required to be 10min ahead of departure time at 5am. which I did. Yet it was a total struggle to get the driver to leave on time as he decided to wait for a group of passengers who took their time to get on the bus. No one seemed to care about being on time.

We waited for the shuttle bus for 2 hours, were told 3 times by staff at reception that it would be there in 5 minutes…. Unhelpful staff, restaurant has the ambience of a hospital cafeteria.
