"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Reception staff very helpful room was clean modern bright with all amenities"

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. "Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time.
