Very good hotel with very nice family rooms. Restaurant with outstanding food, good spa (bit expensive) and a fun bar! One of the best hotels i visit in Europa for this price range.

i liked that it had a bowling alley and 3 underground level parking on site. many bars and restaurants on site. breakfast was superb. the staff was also very prompt and extremely helpful and polite especially as they have many renovation in progress.

Great property. Was a great place to go bowling, swimming and general relaxation. There was a bus that would go into the main city. Not easily accessible to hikes without a car from this property and the gondola was not running during mid summer.

Spa staff were extremely rud le and they don’t make it easy or comfortable to use the facility. We stayed in the 5* part of the hotel but they can’t even help with luggage and food wasn’t great. Also room was dirty and dated. Other staff friendly and location great for ski lift.

Excellent family stay!

Fantastic stay, the family interconnecting rooms were excellent. Loved the Al La Carte restaurant, so peaceful. Excellent service from everyone, start to finish. was aware that the spa was additional cost which was a bit disappointing, would have liked to have had at least one free visit for the stay. Having said that, the spa is far more than just a pool. Huge jacuzzi, cold water plunge pool, 3 saunas. Absolutely wonderful after a long day skiing. We went with 2 children and all loved it! Yes the places are limited but that it a good thing because it didn’t get overcrowded. We did need to book 2 days in advance to get the time we wanted but there was plenty of other availability. The only very minor bit of feedback that I would give is that the set evening menu for the children was very limited, only the same 3 meal options plus one special each evening, we were there for a week so it was very repetitive. The adult menu was great though! We’ll definitely be back.

A mixed hotel that suits everybody. It’s done in 4 blocks. We were in Diana! The rooms were nice and comfortable, not too hot, on the small side. Inadequate storage for a ski holiday. Half board was a real treat, not your traditional hotel buffet but a la carte and it was lovely. There was a bowling alley downstairs with a bar and snacks so the kids and families tended to congregate down there so it was nice not to have kids running around. I didn’t use the spa because the kids free hours didn’t suit. The cost is 20€ for 1 hr. I did have a massage from Paula and that was very special. Parking underground is 20€ a night. It’s doable but tight. The cable car is 200 metres - some steps involved. Nice ski area if there’s snow and others within a reasonable drive.

Beautiful room, very near the village centre and ski lift. The only downside is the SPA that you are only allowed to use for 1h on the clock- found the experience extremely stressful and always having to watch the time

Mixed feelings with this return visit

The hotel is getting close to renovation. After four visits the deterioration in quality and service is very clear. The bed duvets are super warm so you need to sleep with open windows in the middle of the winter. The spa is sparsely staffed so lights and temperatures are not checked, nor the kids hours. The upscale restaurant food has been splendid past visits but this year we sent food back to the kitchen and left a lot at the plates. The Junior chef is not up to the task, with exception of the desserts that were ok.

Tres bon accueil et très bel endroit, à première vue la chambre était magnifique mais nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude ce qui est regrettable quand on réserve une suite avec jacuzzi, on nous a changé de chambre mais problème aussi avec la température de l’eau, un geste commercial aurait été apprécié surtout que le SPA de l’hôtel était fermé pour travaux. Cela ne gâche pas la beauté du lieu cependant.

El sofa tenía unas manchas horribles que hacían imposible sentarse por el asco que daban. Avisados en recepción, se limitaron a darle la vuelta al cojín, con la cremallera hacia fuera. Es como si nos tomaran el pelo. Además la calefacción estaba tan alta que no pudimos descansar por el calor insoportable y la nula posibilidad de regulación por termostato.

Un tres bel hôtel, du personnel serviable et compétent. Petit dejeuner parfait et restaurant Louis XV top avec plats délicieux. Espace jeux (bouling, billards, ...) top aussi ! Seul bémol la piscine extérieure un peu fraîche et la formule buffet du restaurant asses banale.

Godt sted!

Rigtig fint ophold, god morgenmad. Dejligt man kunne få opladet sin bil. (Der er lav loftshøjde i P-kælderen, hvilket de advarer mod, men der er en kant hvor man parkerer, som er endnj lavere og desuden ru, den kan bagklappen gå op i og den ridser. Her kunne de godt sætte noget på, så den ikke ridsede, skulle uheldet med bagklappen være ude.)

No tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador muy ruidoso, y el jacuzi no funcionava correctamente. El desayuno demasiado caro para lo que era.

Kesän vaellusmatka

Kahden makuuhuoneen ja kylpyhuoneen huone oli oikein tilava, siisti ja mukava. Hotellin huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia, joten se oli miinus, sillä +30 helteellä, huone oli todella kuuma. Pyynnöstä saimme huoneeseen puhaltimia. Huone olisi ilmastoinnin lisäksi pientä kunnostusta vailla, mm toinen poreammeemme ei toiminut, käsisaippua oli rikki ym pientä. Nämä eivät kuitenkaan matkamme pilanneet. Exclusive huoneeseen kuuluva aamupala oli loistava. Myös hotellin sijainti ja maisemat olivat upeat. Yksi vastaanotossa työskentelvä nainen oli todella ystävällinen ja osasi englantia hyvin. Kaikenkaikkiaan perheemme piti hotellista paljon.
