"Booked in for 2 nights, first thing I was told at reception was that there was a single bed in the room as well as a queen bed and if the single bed was used we would be charged extra. Then I was asked if we came from south of the border? Not very welcoming. The room certainly needed upgrading for a 3.5 star room. There was about 300mm between the side of the queen bed and the wall. Then there was an old box type A/C above the bed. Two cold nights but couldn't sleep with the A/C on, so had to...
