"In a quiet area within easy walking of city centre, beaches, local shops. Could have been better if there was a bit more information about getting around eg buses, ferries, bikes etc. Staff always polite. "

Her friendly and professional demeanor truly set the tone for our stay. In addition to Barbara's fantastic service, Yuri and Anton at the bar also deserve high praise. They were both incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our time at the hotel. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our evenings at the bar a delightful experience. "The door didn't close without us slamming it, some staff were very friendly but others were quite rude and didn't tell us when the breakfast buffet moved next door until we came downstairs and reception was locked so we knocked until someone answered. The area around the hotel is lovely but the hotel itself isn't the best. It's old, with black mold in the shower railing, orange soap scum staining the curtain and poor ventilation, even worse AC. Says the soap etc is included but provided only one hand soap which was poorly functioning as the bag inside the dispenser was broken. If you like lizards we did see one outside though, very cute."
