We proceeded to wait for 3 hours while the hotel checked with their local neighbourhood committee whether or not we would be permitted to stay. "Small hotel close to the bus station. Staff with virtually no English rooms clean if a bit smokey (we had to change ours on arrival) water hot but breakfast not good so don't include that one. But ...not bad for the price"
