Screws in the walls where robe hooks used to be, not a shelf or tub rim to place shower products, any other amenity such as irons, need to be called down to be brought up. "The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gourmet breakfast was excellent every single day. The 4-star rating is really due to the aging of the hotel which is starting to show. Our shower head did not work and we had to use a hand wand to shower. Also, the internet was very inconsistent. Considering this is a 5-star hotel charging premium rates, we would expect the hotel to be better maintained. The location was also very convenient."

"A beautiful and modern room and very comfortable. An extra feature is a beautiful balcony facing the side street. The host Anna was very friendly and communication was easy. We were allowed to leave the bags before the actually checking in which was much appreciated. The room was very clean with a couch and a desk. There were some welcome drinks and breakfast left at the arrival. Getting in is easy and its a safe and secure place. Located just on the main street, but facing the side street....
