"Great property, great staff and wonderful cleaning. I must point out that there is no stove top so you cannot cook your own meals. The balcony is a real bonus, and various restaurants are close by. Laundry is next door and is 12 euro's which is a bit steep, but you do have the choice of self service Laundry bar about 7 minutes away.( you need coins 4 euro to was 1 for 20 minutes drying) Breakfast is off sight but I never sampled it, so can't comment. "We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"This apartment has so much potential, but it's been neglected over several years, and is uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our stay. The only plus points are the balcony, the location, and the spacious size of the apartment. Kitchen sink - no hot water, only one of the taps worked. Cooker - no rails in the oven, no oven trays.
