All staff were friendly and helpful, buggy service to the mall was extremely convenient and save lots of walking. Skybar was an interesting experience and the view is top notch. Will be back again wherever we’re visiting KL"

The spa and pool provided a tranquil escape, ideal for unwinding after a day out in the city. The only slight improvement could be the addition of a bar serving cocktails by the pool.
