I would not recommend for family of 4 for a long period of time. Rooms were European in size, bathroom was very small even by European standards. The staff were fabulous and super helpful. "

The two issues I had was the elevator maintenance made it long to get up to room with only one lift, and the toilet placement was terrible. "Nice Hyatt for one night. Great check-in. Forgot my converter so front desk let me borrow one. Nice dinner (salmon dish + friend got the chicken). Both dishes were nice as was the Chardonnay. Be aware the bus from terminal 5 only comes once an hour (25 minutes past the hour) so we ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was £20. "
