"Excellent team and perfect location and hotel "

"We were happy with the hotel and staff. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Our only complaint was the lack of parking spaces for hotel guests. We had to walk across the field and park on Taylor Street on 3 of the 4 nights we were there. We were concerned about the safety and security of parking our vehicle that far from the hotel. Thankfully, we are healthy senior citizens and are able to handle the walk. Other than the parking situation we would highly recommend this hotel."

"This boutique hotel is nice. Great location. The room was in nice shape,clean and comfortable. Customer service lacks a bit. Sitting in a chair talking to guests at check in and out isn't very professional. "

"THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...
