The room smelled of mildew and urine. AC needed servicing to clean filter, and when turned off made clicking noise in the middle of the night. Pet friendly room, but smelled like no effort had been made to negste odors. Contacted River Tree and Expedia, but after 24 hours, no response. Luckily the 2nd adult couldn't make it or she would have been hospitalized due to asthma and lung issues.

An easy motel to find— easy check-in, super friendly front desk person. A 2-3 inch foam pad on the bed would do wonders! It was comfortable, but the pad would make it perfect! Maybe do upgrades with the tv. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

Th property was very amazing, a very quiet place to stay and the rooms are very nice, beds were comfortable, I slept well, I love the kitchen area, the pool, the weight room. our family had the times of our lives here.

A five star rating because the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Pool area was well kept with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. Our room was spacious and clean . Dining choices within walking distance are limited.

This place was very clean the beds were comfortable and the beddings were nice and clean. The room was amazing great shower pressure and plenty of towels for all of us who stayed. The pool was perfect the hot tub was great a little low on water but overall was really nice. 9 out of 10 for sure

I love the idea of the dog run it made it easier to take the dog out when she needed it and without the leash. The toilet sets to low to use easily but we made do. It was fairly quiet for sleeping.

Once we arrived in the lobby, I could smell cigarette smell and I was quite concerned our room would be the same and I mentioned it to the attendant. The room was slightly better smell wise but the air conditioner ran all night trying to keep a comfortable temp. We both slept very poorly and decided it was not worth staying a second night even though we paid for it. The property rented our room the second night and would not refund our money, so double dipped. If they had not rented the room, I would have written off the second night as a poor choice and my fault. This is not how I ran my business. We have never decided to cut a weekend vacation short because of a hotel and go home because of it, but we did on this one.

Nice looking swimming pool, but we didnt have time to use it. Very friendly employee checked us in. Breakfast was decent. Room needs nee carpet, very stained and old, batbroom could use some updates to shower/tub and paint. Sheets had stains and so did some towels.
