We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, and liked the oatmeal bar in the morning - lots of selection to add to our oatmeal! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The door on our room needed to be shut hard in order to stick but I'm sure this is fixable (room 1). The lock/unlock to the door worked great. We liked the little mint green retro fridge in our room, and the beer selection in the lobby. While we drove to the football game, we could have walked the 25 minutes to the stadium, though it is uphill:) It was a great stay and we'd stay there again.

This was our second time staying here; the hotel is very retro and quirky, and the oatmeal bar was very good. And when I booked, I was very happy with the price…however, when we went to check in, one hour early, we were hit with a $35 charge. It was NOT busy, one other car in the lot, and our room was ready; super disappointing. Also, the room was LOUD; the AC/heater sounded like a 747 engine starting up, all night long. And the road construction on the street started promptly at 7am, all kinds of machines that go bing. I don’t see us staying there again.

I had a wonderful stay. Was just disappointed that there wasn't a bathtub, just a shower. The only thing i would complain about is the heater/air conditioner. Its very loud when in use. Had to turn the tv alot louder just to hear it.

The location was convenient to downtown Pulman; however, they were doing roadwork around the area. The rooms were tidy, but felt that the price was too much. Felt like an old Motel six that had been painted and a few updates. Shower backed up. Continental breakfast consisted of oatmeal.

We loved staying at this boutique motel turned hotel. It was easy to check in, access our room and get in and out. The room was nicely decorated and had practical touches. On our first night, we also were able to enjoy the outdoor fit pits on the covered patio with a free local cocktail! We took advantage of the free breakfast “longest oatmeal bar” and coffee in the morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating with our dog. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a cute “wellness center” aka gym. We would definitely stay here again, on our next visit to Pullman! It is walking distance from our friend’s home. It is also next door to a the Foundry Restaurant and their adjoined Roost cafe/bakery which serves delicious food! The only drawback was the cleanliness of the bathroom. I like a clean bathroom, and found that the baseboards didn’t seem to be wiped before we arrived and there was calcium buildup on the cute gold shower head. Maybe it was an oversight. It definitely wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again!

This was our first stay at Hotel McCoy and we now plan to make this our go-to hotel in Pullman. Love the creative & artful decor, welcoming & casual vibe, central location, easy parking, and oatmeal bar breakfast. There was even live music on Friday night.
