"The staff were very friendly. The property was very clean. The rooms were on the smaller side. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The shuttle to the beach and the loungers, umbrella and towels are a very nice feature. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"My family and I had a great relaxing time omg I didn’t want to leave this place has some bad reviews I don’t know why The power did go out I knew this only because they text me other then that I didn’t have a clue because we was in the pool for six hours 😬 so I don’t care if it went out by the time we went up to shower and have dinner everything was fine Alex plays bingo at 3 he such a great guy and fantastic at his job and keeps all the guest happy I appreciate that "

"Hotel stay was good. For the cost of the hotel there were a few areas of cleanliness in the room which could have been better. We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. We were looking through dirty glass at the ocean. It felt like we were in a fish bowl. The windows were screwed down so you could not even open it up for fresh air. Very disappointed. "This resort was really nice, it was very private, the staff was kind, for my friends first time in Puerto Rico and not speaking Spanish wasn't an issue so that was nice ...the food was great, it was all around a lovely experience, we're sure to do it again!!!!"

"The resort and grounds were absolutely beautiful, walkable and the beach was steps away. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Being both vegan and gluten free, I was so excited to see that each restaurant's online menu had 2-5 options available, so I didn't research other places. When we arrived, the menus were completely different and there were not as many options. Luckily the kind gentleman at Cafe 1736 told us about additional options at Plaza Nova, which was a short shuttle ride...

"Paradise! We saw wales, sea turtles, swam with angel fish, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Our villa was steps from the beach. Clean cool and comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean never gets old! Restaurant wasnt the best but convenient for a meal. There is great dinining in the area."

"We had an incredible past couple of days at mont carpe diem. Words cannot adequately describe the beauty and tranquility of this property and the kindness of yohandra and Pedro. Every meal by chef ema was amazing. All in all, this place is magical. "

"People were friendly and helpful. Lobby and lobby bathrooms were kept spotless and always smelled freshly cleaned. Looks like there are renovations in progress. We had a room on the seventh floor. Room was essentially clean but in need of refurbishing. Only real complaint is that the linens on one of our beds had not been changed before we arrived (not a bed we used)."

"Hotel suites as advertised, we had a great stay. Plenty of towels provided, nice neighborhood, close to airport, close to San Juan. Easy access. We really had a wonderful time. I will 100% recommend The only thing I found I should have contacted them prior arrival because I arrived at 10:30pm. There was a bit of issue contacting the hotel, I called about 4 times before I could speak to someone."
