The property is currently being renovated. This should address some of the issues with redecoration of the rooms. The outside and pool was very nice especially after a hot day touring the falls. The staff were very helpful with arrangements transport to the falls and airport

We stayed at this hotel and is excellent!!! The room was very comfortable, big and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel to stay if you want to visit Cataratas de Iguazú, and is very close to Brazil’s frontier.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palama Real Posada! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly met all our expectations. The staff truly stood out – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Communication with them was seamless, especially through WhatsApp, and accessing the Wi-Fi was a breeze. The location is another major highlight. It's within walking distance of the bus terminal, which made getting around so convenient, and it was also easy to reach from the airport. Overall, a fantastic experience. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The property was an excellent value for the money. The rooms were spacious and clean. My room had two enormous king size beds. Breakfast was provided and the pool was relaxing and clean. They even provided recommendations for local cab drivers for transfer to and from the airport. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay again.

This property is very well located within Iguazu’s. They offered breakfast which is more a type of continental breakfast. The rooms are clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is 7 minutes away from city center where all the fun is at. It is also about 15-20 minutes from the airport and the falls. Great place for the great price.

Nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Nice courtyard with a pool. The included breakfast was tasty, plentiful, with coffee, tea, milk, fresh fruit juice, several fresh fruits, yogurt, cold cereal, pastries, and toast, as well as scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese. The room was clean with plenty of hot water. However we could not get the in room safe to work. While the pool water was clean, the pool itself would have benefited from a scrubbing. The neighborhood seemed safe, but it was about a kilometer into the center of town. Restaurants and a grocery store within about 4 blocks. I would consider staying there again.

Not a bad hotel, comfy beds and decent breakfast. Not as ‘clean’ as I perhaps would have liked, and quite a long way from the city centre. Reception was in theory open 24 hours but there was no one there when I went to check in, and no one there when I went to check out.

One of the worse hotels we have ever stayed at. Here are the list of issues. 1) bed sheets are stained and had dried blood on it 2) a/c unit is broken 3) windows don't close and we found over 16 mosquitoes in our room alone arrival 4) breakfast is gross and you might as well not eat it 5) toilet seat broken 6) safe broken and won't even lock 7) sink faucet broken 8) shower gel holder rusty and broken with watered down soap 9) staff is clueless and can't help. Told us to write our problems on a piece of paper... 10) room overall is dirty with stains on walls/ floors 11) black mold in shower 12) bed sheets have holes in them We had other issues as well but I think you get the point here. I would avoid this place like the plague.

The area around the property was ok during the day but need to take a taxi at night. We were attacked by 2 young people on a motorcycle 3 blocks from hotel when walking back from dinner. It was very hot and would have been nice to have a mini frig to keep drinks cool. Downtown where most of the restaurants are is about a mile away.

The room was large with 2 king beds, bathroom tap leaked and had been leaking awhile, leaked through the wall and there was some black mould. Staff tried to help but due to lack of English it was difficult to communicate. Pool area was great.

Hotel Palma Real was a decent place for 4 nights in Igazzu. It’s not close to many places, so you do have to walk to catch buses, or go downtown. 15-30 min, depending where you want to go. We went to the falls 2 of our three days there. The lady we stayed at the hotel, and lounged around the pool to rest. The staff was Very friendly and helpful. Not many restaurants near by, if that’s important to you.

Super clean with the best staff...but...
I will start by talking about the service...it was amazing! The employees really went above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. One of the maids was also in charge of the front desk when we arrive (at 11Am...early). She stop was she was doing to help us out and check us in (early check in). Then I needed help with the safe, and agin she dropped everything she was doing to help me out. The room and the common grounds were extremely cleaned. The pool area was supr nice and clean. The location was good, but it was next to a major road and very loud (nothing that can't be fixed with new windows and doors). However, it was convenient to walk to town and restaurants. Inside the room it was very outdated simple...but for the price it was ok. You definitley want to sleep with earplugs here (which I'm used to), but I hope they replace the doors and windows soon(and the old style key/lock). The hotel was small and quaint. I like it mostly because of the employees, but it does have some flaws. The beds are also a bit uncomfortable, but we were there only for one night. Breakfast was also pretty good. If you are traveling on a budget, this is a fantastic hotel. We chose this one because of their luggage storage area and the location, but the location ended up being a bit loud. Don't rule this hotel out though...just be ready with some earplugs.
