"It seems like a brand new property. The staff is super kind, both the front door staff and the one who communicate with you via WhatsApp (the staff of the sister hotel less so). They are extremely responsive. The location is great, near lots of restaurants and the beautiful Carolina park. "

"The suite is nearly as big as my house. It's beautifully furnished, in a relatively quiet area and the staff is excellent. There was a stocked refrigerator and kitchen. We were able to cook great breakfasts. There are plenty of choices if you prefer not to cook, as well. They provided 6 liter bottles of water daily! This is an absolute must when visiting the equator. Old Town was easily reached on foot or by taxi. "

"Great, spacious apartment! The location can’t be beat - in a very safe area with tons of shopping and a few blocks from the metro. The entrance is through a cafe which is very odd but convenient for breakfast and coffee! Checking in after the cafe is closed is somewhat confusing but they waited for my arrival and helped me into the apartment. My only criticism is that all of the lights were harsh white LED bulbs and after dark the space would have really benefited from a softer, warmer light...

"The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere."

"I already submitted a review, then came back and stayed one more night. The room had a dehumidifier in it. For good reason. A lot of moisture and smelled like mildew. It was cold so we grabbed a blanket from the closet. So stinky with mildew. This room was 108, our previous room was 816, no mildew or complaints. Don’t expect a spa treatment, don’t think too many people order them and when I wanted a facial, they tried to get their staff to work… no takers. "
