"La piscina estaba sucia, la alberca para niños no está activa. Nos tocó en una habitación donde el drenaje pasa por las tuberías del techo del cuarto y no deja dormir el ruido del agua de todo el edificio. Decía que el check in era a las 11, y llegamos y nos dijeron que hasta la 1, cuando nos dieron la habitación, el baño estaba sucio, y había sabanas sucias del huésped anterior.
