Even though I extended my stay to a smaller room, I was still allowed to stay in the same upgraded room for the rest of my stay and given a discount! "We booked for a short 5 day stay and were glad to realise it was such a close proximity to restaurants, souvenir stores, Victoria Street and the famous Edinburgh castle!
