"The location of the hotel is very good. Front desk staff not friendly. Housekeeping they clean the room every day but please use bathroom cleaner the bathroom on our 3rd days has bad smell already. "Lovely boutique hotel right off Rossio Plaza. The staff was excellent as was the room and proximity to the train, buses, dining and shopping. The only drawback was the view was into a building being refurbished, but was in a state of disrepair.
