"Great location for exploring the city very near to the Charles bridge. Hotel very good and staff excellent providing a first class service. We had a river view room as a special occasion and received a welcome Prosecco and cake in room on arrival which was a nice touch. It is quite a noisy area as on main road with bar next door but rooms are very well sound proofed so not really a problem. It is not cheap but was worth it for a special occasion and we had a great experience all round. "

"The two best things: The Staff and the breakfast! Everyone we dealt with at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was a fabulous buffet with an unbelievable assortment of things to choose from. Our only complaint was that, even with the heat off, our room got hot (at the end of November!). We were able, however, to open the door and get fresh air in. Other than that, the room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. We had a great stay!"
