"Great, location and great staff"

"Great hotel and very close to Old Town, Charles Bridge and other areas of interest. The staff was very friendly and they arranged a driver to pick me up at the airport. The driver was kind and interesting to talk to... I absolutely loved the bathroom and shower (heated mirror and floors). I had nothing to complain about at all."

"Great 2 day stay in this hotel which is in the centre of Prague so everything is within walking distance. The welcome at reception on arrival was superb no issues, the hotel looked after our bags upon arrival and on the departure day. We had breakfast at the hotel which had a variety of food available, cereal, fruit, hot food, cold meats, cheese, croissants etc. '"

"Beds were comfortable, rooms had everything you needed. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast choice was phenomenal and food was of excellent quality. Nice touch having a welcome glass of Prosecco or beer, on arrival . Really loved being able to check into room much earlier than expected! Great location, could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. A little gem! "
