"Where I can start. The description of the property is not even close. The apt is part of a beachfront building but I was mislead to think that I had a nice beach view. From my 2 of the bedrooms what you can see is a bunch debries and gargage. In order for you to see the beach you had to step outside the balcony and with that came all the noise from the main highway because the apt was located almost to the end of the building where the road is. "The communication with the host was the worst, he spoke to us in a very arrogant and rude tone. He threatened to cancel the reservation several times because I wasn’t answering right away. He said he did not have to be trying to contact me because it was not his job. I asked a very simple question about the payment I had to do, and he made it a problem. He charged us for a deposit that was not stated in hotels.com. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Worst experience."
