"Views are stunning. Hotel is brutal to get to. Cars cant drive to hotel so we had to carry huge luggage down hundreds of stairs. Had no idea hotel couldve sent someone to help. Would have been nice to know in advance. That said Angela at front desk was a godsend once we arrived helping arrange cars and other logistics during our stay. Cant say enough good things about her. Rest of staff was hit and miss"
