"Don’t be seduced by the pool or view. There are no bins as you have to take away your own rubbish although they give your a barcode to dispose of it. There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. "The apartment was well located and had a lovely balcony. The Aircon unit and facility to wash and dry our beach clothes was great. The communication from the owners was very good and the check in/out process was very straight forward. We just would have liked to see some more amenities such as a washing up/drying cloth, wine glasses and better cooking utensils ie chopping knives. These however, are very small suggestions as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. "I was lucky and got an upgrade to the Residence I Mirti Bianchi, the apartment was good, great location, close enough to the town centre to make it easily walkable yet far enough away that there's no noise in the evenings. Santa Teresa di Gallura is a great base to explore northern Sardinia there's a lot of small quiet beaches not to far away. on the negative side I went in October and as its off season a lot of the restaurants are closed and most of the tourist attractions."
