The reception people were outstanding and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious and the hotel was immaculately clean. We enjoyed watching the ferries load and unload while having our breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

All of the staff were amazing and so very helpful, cannot say enough about them! The hotel is located directly across from the ferry drop off, very convenient with luggage. The room had lovely amenities: black out curtains, mini fridge, nice bathroom, excellent a/c. The bed is on the firmer side.

Very well located, right in front of the ferry port. The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious. There is free parking close to the hotel. The rooms are confortable and spacious and is cleaned daily.

We were on a two-week trip to Sardinia and we stayed in several different places during the trip. All of them were excellent. This was the second stop on the trip. The staff was great, spoke English very well and had lots of great advice. So convenient as well. Highly recommend.

In the middle of it all but a quiet stay
Hotel is right in the middle of the busiest part of town, but even though we were in a front-facing, first level room we could not hear a thing through the thick walls and sound-proofed windows. The staff was super friendly, and the hotel itself while a little dated was just a charming place to stay. Recommended!!!

Very nice rooms with sea view on st Stefano island. Close to everything, lots of restaurants , shops , bicycle and scooter rental , taking the boat to Visit other islands . Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful . Hotel has no dedicated parking, few free places on the street in front , but more free spots can be found within a 5 -10 min walk . The ferry is just over the street from the hotel , and there are a lot coming every hour of the day , people having a sensitive sleep might find it disturbing, however for us was all good . Very nice place to discover la maddalena archipelago

Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the ferry. We had a sea view so could watch the ferries come and go. It was well soundproofed and very quiet. Room was clean. Beds and pillows rather hard. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They gave us advice on boat tours around the islands (amazing) local buses to the beaches (€1 at tabac store or €1.50 on the bus) The front desk rented beach towels for €4/day. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of choices, and staff were happy to make us cappuccinos. The rooftop patio had lots of potential, with great views, but was rather neglected with a few sunbeds and armchairs but no real shade. The hotel was within walking distance of the beautiful harbour, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette hôtel. Le personnel était agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Nous y sommes allez en couple en octobre, c’était facile de se garer en voiture pas sure qu’au mois d’août ce soit aussi simple. Il faut dormir la fenêtre fermée sinon vous êtes dérangé par le bruit des bateaux qui embarque et débarque en permanence jour et nuit.

Reservei um Junior Suite que aparece nas fotos como tendo uma jacuzzi. Solicitei ao hotel por mensagem que queria um upgrade de quarto e responderam que meu quarto já era o melhor do hotel. Ao chegar, me deram um quarto diferente das fotos. Não tinha Jacuzzi. Ao reclamar na recepção me disseram que as fotos eram genericas. Ofereceram me mudar de quarto no dia seguinte. A noite foi desconfortável. Colchão velho, duro, molas tortas. Travesseiros velhos e duros

Personal muy amable, tanto recepcion como en restaurante. Desayuno buffet correcto. Buena situación, justo delante del ferry, pero aunque dicen que la habitación está insonorizada, de noche los barcos molestan, se notan bastante: recomendaria habitación que no diera al puerto. Limpieza: rastos de polvo en el cabecero de la cama, baño muy limpio pero había habido una fuga de agua en el techo y estaban las manchas de humedad, y la mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien y el agua se salía.

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnel de la réception, et la chambre fonctionnelle. Bon rapport qualité/prix. La localisation est très bonne car l’hôtel est situé au centre et sur le front de mer de la Maddalena. L’inconvénient c’est que les ferry arrivent devant l’hôtel et font un grondement jour et nuit. La literie est ancienne et il n’y a pas de couette mais une couverture.
