I would have given the staff a five star because everyone I interacted with in person was pleasant… however… I put a “Do Not Disturb” hanger on my door and when I returned the staff had come into the room to clean it. While they cleaned well, I felt disrespected and violated in my request being honored.

There were encampments directly on the walkway outside the entrance doors. The door to our room had been very obviously broken through at one point and "repaired" with glue and not fully repaired at all, was still loose, and not secure at all. The tub was lined with black mold and stained, very unclean. The entrance door to the building is locked, thank god, but when I used the bell to get in (no key until you check in) the front desk attendant was irritated that it was quiet hours and the bell had been used - how else am I supposed to gain access? Very sketchy surroundings, very unwelcoming staff, and very unclean rooms. I requested a refund within the same hour of booking and showing up and was refused even though it was a matter of cleanliness and safety - stay away.

All staff was super helpful and kind. Breakfast was enjoyed by all. Super comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were so awesome and we had them to ourselves both times we used them.

Secure property and very good front desk staff. The morning breakfast is superb. However the room was not well cleaned when arrived. There were long dark women's hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom floor was not cleaned well and dirty. The floor of the unit had scraps of paper. It looked like someone did a quick job straighten the unit up before my arrival, but not really cleaned. They did not clean my unit while I was there despite putting out the "please clean unit" sign on the door around 9:30 AM. I told the front desk when I returned that evening. The front desk apologized and gave me towels. There were some black bugs crawling around the walls and floor that I killed. Even the would do a better job of cleaning and get rid of the bugs, the facility is otherwise fine.

Although the neighborhood surrounding this hotel is not great the location to the airport is perfect and the transportation to and from the airport was excellent and very convenient. The staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating.

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a hotel near the Portland, OR airport. I always wanted to visit this city and fiballt booked a reservation Expedia. The hotel is clean, safe, has great amenities like daily breakfast from 6 to 10 pm as well as a fitness room, outdoor pool and many other things. I was very satisfied with the service, amenities and professionalism of the staff.
