"As many have mentioned, noise is the main discomfort here -- not only from the busy fun-loving street below, but also from neighboring apartments next door and coffee shop music below. I was prepared for it and was still surprised by *just* how noisy. "Even though the check in location is not on site, it’s very easy to get to and easy to access even after hours if you arrive late. Communication is fantastic with quick responses and clear instructions. The particular property that we stayed in was safe, quiet, and easy to access. The kitchen is updated and has several random things to make cooking easy. The bathroom needs updating or maintenance to redo caulk and to remove stains."

"The female concierges were very pleasant and sweet upon arrival, which is nice after a long roadtrip. The room was pristine, clean, and in carpeted floors - which was a nice change (and also another indication of cleanliness). The shower water pressure is fantastic as well (for all the thick/long haired people out there). While the complimentary breakfast had fewer options overall than other hotels I’ve stayed at, it certainly did the job and we were happy to have it. "
