"First room was not suitable as there was no window that opened, broken cups, broken coat hooks, no trolley to unpack car, had to make 6 trips up and down unloading the car into the room. TV not working, had to move room, again no trolley, had to make 17 trips from the 14floor to the eighth as I had packed everything being promised the tv would be fixed.
