But make sure to make reservatiins at any restaurant in this area for a Saturday night. Don't miss the porterhouse steak in the restaurant across the street. Pool area and terrasse is amazing. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. "Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety....
