"We like the location easy access to many places around . Dirty areas out and inside the apartment. The swimming pool is not clean . There are not any amenities ( not soap or shampoo not toilet paper ) There is no ramps or elevators to go to the apartment to carry the luggages It’s no accesible for people with difficult mobility "

"This was an amazing hotel, such a beautiful reception - every time I walked through I saw something different, it’s just gorgeous I would definitely return The food was sublime, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful Our room was beautiful, large with plenty of wardrobes, beautifully appointed bathroom - my only complaint (and it’s a small one!) is the hairdryer in the bathroom is next to useless - would help if they put in a normal hairdryer! "The 4 adult appartment was ok and clean, but not really suited for 4 adults. The view from the place is nice, but not as nice as the pictures. The exterior is worn down and in need of a paint job etc. Everyone using the swinning pool is required to wear a swimming cap. The staff is seemingly nice, but cannot be trusted. We agreed with them and got an e-mail confirmation for early check out, but after we left they denied us a refund of the remaining nights. "

"Wonderful staff, wonderful view, wonderful pool and gym and lots of food. Its is a premier hotel and very unique. If you stay do look at all the historic photos in the main building describing a life in Allasio 100 years ago."
