"I had a very good stay in Studio 3. The studio was spacious and very well appointed and very clean. A special mention for the bed which was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years! The wet room/ bathroom was fabulous too as was the layout of the whole place including the well equipped kitchen with excellent fridge. The reason for 4 not 5 stars was because of the annoying noise from a nearby air extractor or air conditioning unit which disturbed my sleep on my last night in...

"A beautiful apartment, very spacious, clean and with great amenities. Perfect for exploring Ljubljana, in the old town near to lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining where the local sights were and supermarket etc. Would definitely recommend."

"The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay! It was about a 40-minute walk to the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside and it was very quick to go downtown that way if you don't have a car. There are hiking paths in the huge park nearby and an excellent restaurant across the street serving Slovenian cuisine. "The property has an excellent location. It is within walking distance from the lake and the castle. The closest supermarket is only 3 blocks away. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. The apartment does not have air conditioning so depending of the weather it could be hot, specially at night, but other than that is a perfect space for two people. "

"As part of a European road trip, we booked these apartments for a two night stay but now wish we had booked to stay for longer. The apartments are very modern, with nice decor and have everything that you need, Outside there is a large bbq area and fire pit. The location is beautiful, it’s by the river with views over the mountains. The owner Viktor and his family are very nice people and make you feel most welcome. "
