Brilliant location in Bled, staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were of a good quality with local decor displayed in the rooms and throughout the hotel being a nice touch. Only negative being that the A/C was not the best. I had it on the lowest setting for the entire time throughout my stay and the room temperature was still extremely humid. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

The view over looking Lake Bled from the hotel room and restaurant was spectacular. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We felt like we were the only tourists staying! Perfect

A lovely hotel, very comfortable bed, great facilities and breakfast. We had a lake view room with balcony and the views were picture perfect. Could watxh that view for hours!!! The only minor criticism was how hot the rooms were. Having travelled around Europe, we have experienced this before but the hotel was in winter mode to keep it heated. Air conditioning isnt available until later in the year. The lady on reception advised us to keep the balcony door open to air the room. The area was perfectly quiet so this worked well. Would recommend this hotel and would return again.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist, truly making a positive impact on my trip to Slovenia. I extend my sincere gratitude to Anja, who ensured my well-being, patiently answered my questions, and kindly checked on me while I awaited the arrival of my group. Her outstanding service and reassurance were invaluable and I couldn't be more grateful! The room and hotel were impeccably clean and ideally situated near Lake Bled, contributing to a most relaxing stay. The breakfast was absolutely delightful with a variety of choices to pick from!

Our room has a beautiful view. The gal at the front desk we so helpful and friendly. It was raining and she gave us umbrellas to use while we walked around if the day. Great place with great people.
