The hotel was completely booked so the staff went over and above to help solve our problem and we were very grateful. "

Service was quick and efficient: our stove's oven didn't work, so they got us a microwave oven. It's an older building and while they were clean, the rooms need a thorough cleaning (walls etc.). A hair dryer would have been useful. "
