"The hotel has been refurbished to quite a good standard overall, but there are some odd issues. The balcony has 2 chairs but no table; the ('Superior') bedroom has only one chair; there is no curtain/blind over the glass balcony door to keep out the early morning light; there is no independent control for the elctronically controlled main window curtains; there is no bedside table on one side of the bed; the toilet has a pointless electronic control panel; there is no heated towel rail. "We are extremely delighted by our stay, it beat all expectations! First, we were met at check in by lovely Anastasia - she greeted us, and made us feel very special and welcomed. Room was incredible - clean, all details so well thought through, posh smelling Molton brown products. We took advantage of spa, air hockey and electric bike ride around the area. All included in our stay!
My little dog was welcomed as well for a reasonable fee.

"Three hotels in one, little complicated to find which one your in but turns out they all have same desk just different towers. Its a spa resort, little dated decor. room was little small but good enough. Breakfast buffet was massive and good. "

"Spa services were not available as advertised, facility was clean but bathroom plumbing had a strange smell. Water in the pool was not thermal and we couldn’t even make reservations for spa services, tried three times and employees were not even available. In a great location and rooms have good space but don’t go with the expectation of using the “wellness” facilities for much. "
