"We are extremely delighted by our stay, it beat all expectations! First, we were met at check in by lovely Anastasia - she greeted us, and made us feel very special and welcomed. Room was incredible - clean, all details so well thought through, posh smelling Molton brown products. We took advantage of spa, air hockey and electric bike ride around the area. "Staff was very nice allowed us having dinner after close time at 8PM. However, we travelled for business and this is not a right choice for it. I booked 5 weeks in advanced and got a disabled room with explanation this is the only available room. After several discussion with receptionist they change the room for me, but at first glance they don't have any other room. The 2nd room I got was much bigger, but heating system was generating noise so had to turn it off. room was very cold then....
