"Although there is a kitchen, it does not come with any pot and pans. Not even plates and bowls. It has a washing machine but coin dryer is located at level 2. In general the place is pleasant. Changes the towel everyday. "

"A great location and the room was very comfortable. It wasn't super luxurious but it did have a washing machine which was really handy. We were very lucky and managed to meet the man cleaning our room when we arrived so we could leave our suitcases there, otherwise we would have been a bit stuck! A great stay for the proce overall and fabulous location if you want to be South of the river. "

"I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"

"The location was good, there's a cvs nearby with alot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as the palace (and another one a bit further). The metro station is abit far by walk, but there's tons of buses everywhere passing very often. The hosts were super friendly and helpful."

"5 star location, communication with the host was fast & easy! Inside of the unit was little outdated (toilet tank cover was missing) but overall it was comfortable. Nice to have both washer & dryer inside of the unit. Kitchen was well equipped to do simple cooking. I would stay here again. "

"The property is as clean and beautiful as the photos. It is always a comfort to return after a long day out especially in the cold winter weather. There is some walking to do and stairs to climb, but the view and the comfort of home makes it up. It is also never difficult to call a taxi via K-ride and it works out to be economical for a family of 4. Most important of all is we are hosted by a kind and awesome owner. "This is a charming French style boutique hotel in excellent location. The staff are wonderful and the food is gourmet. They have 2 restaurants that have earned Michelin star. There are plenty of authentic, local restaurants within a minute walk from the hotel. Excellent location for shopping. "

"New shops and eateries in mall attached to the hotel. Craft fair going on on street level. Front desk will call a taxi for you to go shopping and to the airport. Steps away from INSADONG shopping street and restaurants. GS25 convenience 24 hour store on 2 nd floor. Super modern, robotic food machines ir ice cream, pizza and cotton candy. If you have late arrival there are food and beverage options here when everything else is closed. Seemed like sheets are changed daily."

"Very convenient location with subway stations nearby. 15min walk to coex mall which has Hyundai department store, a lot of restaurants and other stores! The hotel was a little bit old (no smart tv) but clean and the staff were kind and helpful! I will stay here again in my next visit. "
