"This was such a nice hotel to stay in while visiting family! Walking distance to everything, easy uber rides to Cayala, great food/drinks on the 5th floor! Pool and jacuzzi were amazing with heated pool and large 8 person jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend."
"Staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. Let us drop our bags early, and when we returned to check in, they had already put our bags in our room. They also took care of ordering a taxi for us to get to the airport at 3:00 a.m. with honest prices and right on time. It was a great stay at the end of an amazing adventure. "

"Great hotel I stayed there before the Pandemic back in FEB 2020 and just a bit ago in JUL 2025. Nice people, kind of a classic feel to it, quiet, not a bunch of kids running around making noise, and in a nice area District 10 in Guatemala City. Close to Oakland Mall and Fontibon Plaza both are nice, fairly upscale malls within walking distance and a cute zoo not too far away"
"This place was really nice! Super big hotel with great views! They have security near every exit so you are super safe. The staff is very nice and helpful! The area has very walkable food options as well as options in the hotel. And the airport pick up and drop off was very convenient. I will like to add though that the beds & pillows are super hard so do ask for a extra blanket to soften it a little but I guess it made the spa in the hotel handy as well as the hot tub "
