"Room was extremely spacious and pool area lovely. Not much choice of food and trying to get a sun lounger was impossible unless you woke up at 6am and even then majority of sun loungers with shade had already been taken. Management really need to look at how to manage this."

"The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful, the pool area and bar was clean and reasonable priced. The door to enter the apartment had a gap between the door and floor and on 3 occasions we had a cockroach! Not sure whether they were coming under the door where the gap was. Reception did help and acted fast when we called them to get the cockroach out. Aircon was great in the bedroom area. Shower could have done with a good clean but other than that the room was fine. "

"Lovely hotel. Preferred Club and All Inclusive is definitely worth it. Specialty restaurants are brilliant and food is delicious. The best part of the hotel for me was the preferred club swimming pool with swim up bar and amazing views. The hotel didn’t feel overcrowded at all which was lovely. Easy to get sunbed, tables in restaurants and seats for the entertainment in the night. Drinks were all great and waiter service made it so much easier.
