"I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."

"I recently stayed at Spring Hotel Vulcano for 5 nights and would like to share my experience. First, the positives: The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are incredibly friendly and service-minded, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool area is also very pleasant, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. One major downside is the extra charge for using the safe in the room. This feels...
